Auction items will be displayed throughout the evening for everyone to browse through and make bids.   The Auction will end at ~9:00 P.M. and the items will be available to take home at the end of the evening.

This years auction includes event tickets, movie passes, crafts, jewelry, photographic art and many other items.

If you or your business would be interested in donating an item for the silent auction,

We are a 501c(3) nonprofit organization. We will accept donations of any kind: monetary, goods or services for the Silent Auction and/or Door Prizes.  Please be sure to include a description of the item/service donated, its stated value and if you wish to receive a receipt for tax purposes for your donation.

 Proceeds will go to the Waxahachie Band Boosters in support of the instrumental music education at WISD.
